Since 1966, the Edina Art Fair has served as a national showcase for fine art. In 2012, an estimated 100,000 visitors from the metropolitan area and region are expected to celebrate the 46th anniversary of this renowned Art Fair.
This event features a wide variety of artistic and creative works, including paintings, ceramics, photography, engravings, wood carvings, jewelry, glasswork and more. This is a highly competitive juried art show and each year the 50th & France Edina Art Fair receives over 600 applications from local and national artists.
Also available to the public are vendor booths selling a variety of food and non-food items. Children's activities, musical entertainment and various presentations add to the Edina Art Fair festivities.
Promotional publicity supporting this event includes feature articles, published program brochures and advertisements throughout the Twin Cities and greater Minnesota.
The Art Fair is also showcased in a number of diverse artist publications throughout the United States.
