Where can artists park?
Artists can park at either of the two churches and at Southdale Mall

*Note: RV/Camper parking – no drop off storage trailers! Please use east school lot only – main church lot must be cleared for daily use.

**ALL EXHIBITORS parking in the Edina Covenant Church parking lot MUST have their vehicles removed from the parking lot by
9:00 a.m. Sunday, June 5th
Southdale Shopping Center- Shuttle bus information
66th & France Avenue South, Edina
The Edina Art Fair shuttle bus will begin service from the northeast corner of Southdale Mall, at the corner of West 66th and York Ave. The parking lot is next to Firestone. The free shuttle will run 60 minutes prior to the opening of the Art Fair and run a continuous loop until 60 minutes after the fair closes. The shuttle runs every 30 minutes throughout the day.
Residence Inn Hotel (494/France) offers shuttle service if you are lodging there Or street parking
Where can I find a Map of the Fair?
At the Art Fair HQ located behind Decori Designs or at the 2 information booths
Where can I find a list of Award winners and their booth location this year?
You can find a list at both information booths and the Art Fair HQ. Award winners will also be posted on the Edina Fair website after the fair.
Where can I find the 2011 Award winners?
2011 Artists and booth location will be available at both information booths and the artist HQ by Saturday afternoon
Where can I buy Edina Art Fair Merchandise and for how much?
The cost of the t-shirt is $10.00, umbrellas $15.00, posters $5.00, and baseball caps $15.00. You can purchase merchandise at both information booths located on the corner of West 50th Street and Halifax (Lund’s) and intersection of 50th and France.
CASH ONLY. All proceeds from merchandise sales will go to charity.
Where are the bathrooms located?
There are 5 locations of port-o- potties. US Bank bldg parking lot on 49 ½ , corner 50th & Halifax by Lunds, along walkway between RF Moeller Jeweler and Edina Grill on France avenue, near Peterson Portraits on East 50th & Ewing Ave and the Edina 5-0 Mall Lot on 49 ½. Refer to the Art Fair brochure for more information.

TCF bank on France Avenue, Wells Fargo ATM inside Lunds grocery, US bank on Halifax, North American Banking Company in the back of building on France Avenue, M&I Bank on France Avenue
Is alcohol allowed on the premises?
No alcohol is allowed on the premises nor do we sell it. The restaurants in the area serve alcohol but you can not leave the restaurant with it
Grocery store/drug store
Lunds, a grocery store is located on Halifax and West 50th Street and Walgreens is located on 49 ½ and France Ave.
Coffee shop
There are three coffee shops in the area, a Caribou inside Lunds, another on France & 49 ½ and a Starbucks near Lund’s on W. 50th St.
Where can I get food?
We have two food court locations, one in the Edina 5-0 Mall Parking Lot on 49th ½ and one at E. 50th and Ewing
Is there a section for kids?
Yes, there is a kid’s Art Zone by the fountain on West 50th Street
Where will the Music/Entertainment stage be located?
In the Edina 5-0 Mall Parking Lot on 49 ½ street
Where can I get extra name tags?

What happens if there is severe weather?
In the event that the show is canceled you will be notified by your block captain. You may be instructed to take shelter in 1 of 4 locations. Please see Art Fair program map for shelter locations.
Where are First aid kits located?
At the Park Nicollet First Aid Booth located by the fountain on W. 50th Street
